Mid-level Digital Creative | Full time, on-site Hamburg

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Digital Creative who feels at home where brand, design and motion overlap. Someone who understands how ideas become assets, how layouts guide users, and how movement brings design to life. You’ll work hands-on across digital formats, always with a strong sense of craft, structure and precision. 🧠 You enjoy turning solid ideas into well-crafted visuals that work in the real world

💡 You care about details, rhythm, hierarchy, and making things feel right, not just look good.

Aufgaben

• Create digital campaign assets, banners, newsletters, SoMe assets, landing pages

• Develop and present strong visual concepts and ideas for digital and campaigns

• Design responsive UIs and clickable prototypes in Figma

• Produce motion design assets (After Effects or similar)

• Edit short-form video content and motion graphics

• Adapt and optimize visuals for different formats and platforms

• Retouch campaign imagery and prepare for production

• Support strategy and creative leads in preparing killer presentations

• Contribute to pushing AI-based tools into production

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and creative leads

Qualifikation

• 3–4 years of experience as a digital designer

• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling

• Strong conceptual and design skills across platforms

• Solid skills in Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Experience in motion design, editing and storytelling for digital formats

• Basic understanding of modern tech stacks

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image or video generation

• Confident communicator with a love for strategy, good vibes, and feedback culture

• German and English fluent is mandatory

Digital Craft – You translate concepts into clean, engaging digital assets. You understand composition, typography, color, and layout – and how they behave across formats

Motion & Editing – You cut videos with a sense of timing and flow. You know how motion supports storytelling, whether it’s micro-animations or short-form video

Design Fundamentals – You understand hierarchy, spacing, contrast, and user guidance. Design principles aren’t theory to you – they’re tools

Tool Fluent – Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop are part of your daily life. You know what each tool is good at and when to use it.

AI-Enabled Craft – You use Gen-AI as a production tool, not a replacement for thinking. You understand how to guide, refine, and control AI outputs to meet clear design and motion standards.
