Installer Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with assigned PV installers in your region
Installer VisitsConduct face-to-face visits with different installers
Consulting & SupportProvide advice on all matters related to Huawei’s solar solutions, products, services, and business opportunities
Training & EventsOrganize and deliver training sessions and local events to educate installers on Huawei’s offerings and updates
Communication & Information TransferDistribute key information (promotions, product launches, programs) via email to all assigned installers
Partner Program ManagementIntroduce and promote Huawei’s partner programs, assist with registrations, and explain benefits
Market IntelligenceCollect insights from the field including competitor activity, market trends, and installer feedback
Reporting & DocumentationSubmit weekly and monthly reports using Huawei-provided templates, including visit overviews, feedback, and installer data
Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
Winback & Breakthrough TargetingIdentify and reactivate dormant installers or acquire new installers who haven’t worked with Huawei in the last 12 months
Your profile
- Ideally, you will have at least one year's experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technical environment
- You are interested in the solar industry and have a solid understanding of the installer landscape
- You communicate clearly, are empathetic, and take a consultative approach
- You are highly organised, able to work independently and willing to take the initiative
- Travelling within the south region and taking ownership of local responsibilities would not be a problem for you
- You are a quick learner who adapts easily to new situations and feels comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, completes your profile
