ABOUT THE JOB
As a Client Sales Executive, you will join our Account Development team in Riga, Latvia. You will manage and grow relationships with FMCG clients, driving business plans, revenue, and client value through NielsenIQ solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and develop strong relationships with assigned FMCG clients, including contract negotiations and service expansion

Own client performance: revenue delivery, engagement, and satisfaction

Identify growth opportunities and new business, collaborating across teams

Develop and manage business plans, pipeline, and financial performance
-
Support forecasting, revenue tracking, and cash collection with finance
-
Lead pre- and post-sales activities

Translate data into actionable insights using NielsenIQ tools

Partner with Customer Success to resolve client needs and deliver recommendations
REQUIREMENTS
-
2–3 years’ experience in Market research, Retail, Key Accounting

Strong understanding of FMCG and retail dynamics
-
Fluent Latvian and strong business English

Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights

Proactive, organised, and client-focused
