Job description
Nexthink is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader for R&D to lead our technical talent strategy across Lausanne, Madrid, and broader European ecosystems. This is a highly strategic leadership role focused on building long-term, differentiated talent pipelines across engineering, AI/ML, product development, and data science.
This is not a requisition management role. This is a talent strategist and ecosystem builder who will partner closely with extended leadership to shape workforce strategy, elevate hiring capability, and position Nexthink as a top destination for technical talent across EMEA.
Scope
- Lead and elevate a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners across Lausanne and Madrid, setting a high bar for execution, sourcing rigor, and strategic partnership
- Partner directly with senior R&D leadership (CTO, CPO, CISO, Head of AI) on workforce planning, org design, and location strategy, influencing how and where we build our technical teams
- Architect and scale proactive talent ecosystems across Europe, building deep pipelines in AI/ML, data science, product, and advanced engineering before demand arises
- Drive a modern, data-led recruiting function, leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and pipeline analytics to proactively identify risks, inform decisions, and navigate hiring challenges with precision
- Lead Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI, automation, and new technologies to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency
- Own and evolve Nexthink’s R&D employer brand across EMEA, strengthening our position within technical communities through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions (e.g., EPFL, ETH), and technical networks to create sustainable early and experienced talent pipelines
- Design and enable a best-in-class early careers program, including internships and graduate hiring with strong conversion into full-time roles
- Personally lead critical, high-impact searches, including senior ICs, architects, and leadership roles in AI, data, and product
- Continuously improve hiring capability across the organization, coaching leaders and recruiters on talent assessment, market insights, and effective hiring practices
