Tasks

As an ML Engineer at NewNow Group, you will play a key role in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You will work at the intersection of machine learning and software engineering, translating business challenges into scalable, production-ready systems. This role combines hands-on model development with strong engineering ownership and real-world deployment.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications end-to-end

• Develop APIs and integrate ML models and data pipelines into user-facing products

• Collaborate with ML, data, and engxineering teams to ship reliable systems

• Contribute to architectural decisions, tooling, and engineering best practices

• Document systems and share knowledge to support long-term scalability

Requirements

• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong Python skills; Rust or C++ is a plus

• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, etc.)

• Solid software engineering habits: testing, code reviews, CI/CD

• Pragmatic, results-oriented, and comfortable owning work end-to-end

• Fluent English (German is a plus)

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time, low-latency ML pipelines

• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures, agentic systems, and deep learning in general

• Cloud or on-premises deployment experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
