We are looking for YOU as PLC Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in Bremen.
These challenges await you:
Daily tasks to support the maintenance and ensure the technical availability in the minimum level of 95% (Ensure a sustainable good working of PLCs and mitigate the risks linked to PLCs).
Be available to support the urgent and critical line stoppage.
Ensure the realization of technical actions result of the PDCA FTA quality analysis.
Ensure the realization of the improvement (result of the Reverse PFMEA).
Participate on the P0 project (ex integration new component or new variant).
Participate in the productivity projects to improve the rentability of the activity (headcount optimization, improve quality ...).
Manage with the maintenance the program back up and the on job training (PLC,WIN CC, Python robot ABB, Creform AGV, cameras Keyence etc. ..)
Support all audits (IATF, V5000, customers, others ...).
Improve the traceability system.
Be able to design the control part and program of the new equipment (P1 project), including the grafcet.
Participate actively to the automation roll-out plan of its entity, developing and fine-tuning automated station
Deploy the digital applications of the Group linked to the Production & the Supply Chain, such as the MES deployment, regarding the connection of PLCs to the MES
You inspire us with that:
Software engineer or Automation Engineer Degree
Minimum 5 years experience in the PLC programming in the industrial field (better in the JIS production).
PLC knowledge & programming with TIA portal
Siemens WINCC Scada,Comfort,Advanced knowledge & programming
SQL database knowledge & programming
Python knowledge & programming
Cameras integration and teaching
ABB robot programming
Speak with facts and data
Promote collaborative attitude ( team worker) and be Agile
High level of diligence and strong sense of responsibility
Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
