What awaits you at Mynaric
- Design, implement, document, and test embedded software for our laser communications terminals.
- Develop drivers, platform software, and reusable modules for multiprocessor systems.
- Perform hands-on integration and tests with lab equipment on target hardware.
- Collaborate closely with electronics, control systems, and FPGA teams across all development phases, from ideation through bring-up and verification.
- Work in an international, fast-paced environment.
What you bring with you
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field.
- Quick learning and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of real-time embedded systems (CPUs, buses, DMA, cache, timers, interrupts, peripherals) and communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet).
- Excellent knowledge of logic analysers, oscilloscopes and protocol analysers.
- Clear and deep understanding of hardware abstraction layers and middleware. Experience with robotic or automotive frameworks such as ROS and AUTOSAR is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics and thrive in multi-disciplinary teams.
