THIS IS YOU
As an All-round Financial & Administrative Clerk, you will support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations at our HQ in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for the daily processing of all financial transactions, including all accounts payable invoices, the preparation of payments and the processing of bank statements. Alongside this, you will independently handle routine financial administration, data entry and general financial administration. You will ensure that our financial records and administrative processes are accurate, well maintained and ready to support everyday business operations. With your eye for detail, hands-on mindset and solid financial and administrative foundation, you will confidently manage daily finance tasks and help keep our internal operations running smoothly in support of our Moco teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of Accounts Receivable Invoices
• Processing of all AP invoices
• Daily Processing of Bank statements
• Processing of Journal entries
• Monitoring and booking of (Pleo/Amex) expenses
• Monthly closing including reporting of exceptional items
• Intercompany reconciliation
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO+, in finance
- Familiar with data processing of financial input
- Familiar with Exact, and preferable Xero
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Bilingual Dutch/English both verbal and in writing
