As Teamlead E-Commerce, you will play a key role in shaping our digital sales strategy. You will lead a small team (1-3 employees) within the Marketing department, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Product, and work closely with cross-functional teams globally. Your contribution will directly impact revenue growth, customer experience, and profitability.
Develop & Design: You design, implement and optimize the e-commerce roadmap and growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage Online Shop: Oversee product content, pricing, navigation, UX, and onsite search to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.
Collaborate & Coordinate: You work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT to launch features, promotions, and pricing updates.
Optimize Performance: You leverage data to improve conversion, CLV, and CAC and optimize product/content performance.
Lead & Coach: You build and develop a high-performing team, set KPIs and OKRs, oversee partners, and ensure process excellence.
Professional Background: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields, ideally in a global B2B or B2C environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, pricing tools, and digital analytics.
Strategic & Communicative: You combine strategic thinking with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership & Team Spirit: You inspire and coach your team to achieve ambitious goals.
Integrity & Responsibility: You act with integrity, take ownership of decisions, and maintain a clear stance in critical situations.
