In a world chasing quick fixes and exclusive fitness trends, we focus on one of the most effective contributors to a long and healthy life: strength training. We’ve taken the best of traditional gym-based training and transformed it into motivating 45-minute group workouts. Join a highly experienced founding team in the fitness industry — from 2018 to 2024, we scaled BEAT81 from scratch to 35 locations.

Tasks

Operations & Execution

• Own day-to-day operations and grow the business

• Build and refine processes and tools to enable rapid expansion

Growth, Scaling & Finance

• Support new openings and expansion to other cities and countries

• Take ownership of operational and financial tasks and support the founders with P&L management and fundraising

Founder Collaboration

• Become the right hand of a co-founder and support them on daily priorities

• Gain exposure to diverse projects across ops, finance, HR, strategy, and marketing

What this role is:

• Hands-on and execution-focused

• Close to daily operations and real operational challenges

• A generalist role with broad exposure across operations, finance and strategy

What this role is not:

• A pure strategy or concept role

• A role focused only on one function or siloed tasks

Requirements

• Early-career professional or recent graduate from a top-tier university

• Highly motivated to learn quickly and keep up with the founders’ pace

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments and handling multiple priorities

• Eager to take ownership of day-to-day tasks with a strong execution mindset

• Reliable, structured, and pragmatic with focus on results

• Interest in operations, people, and running a real-world business

• Strong communication skills

• German C1 required
