As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in connecting product development, brand strategy, and commercial success. You will shape how KoRo products are positioned in the market, develop compelling product narratives, and support both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and retail growth.
In this role, you will develop go-to-market strategies, define product positioning and messaging, and ensure our communication resonates with clearly defined customer segments across all channels and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Translate product attributes and consumer insights into clear customer benefits and compelling storytelling.
Define key selling points (USPs) and product narratives that differentiate KoRo products in the market.
Develop product messaging frameworks and key insights that guide marketing communication.
Provide input for key product information and claims on packaging, ensuring that the most relevant benefits and differentiators are clearly communicated to customers both on online and on retail shelves.
Define key product messages and launch angles that drive customer engagement and conversion.
Inform the marketing preparation for product launches on KoRo’s D2C channels, including the website and owned marketing channels. Collaborate with advertising, content, SEO, and social teams to ensure consistent product storytelling across all D2C touchpoints.
Create compelling product pitch materials to support KoRo’s retail expansion.
Develop clear product selling stories, category insights, and key product benefits tailored for retail buyers.
Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to ensure pitches effectively communicate KoRo’s product value and brand differentiation.
Work closely with Product Development, Category Management, Marketing and Commercial teams to align on product communication and priorities.
Act as the bridge between these teams, ensuring product insights translate into effective market messaging.
Industry experience in FMCG, Food, D2C, or Retail environments preferred
Demonstrated success in driving product launches end-to-end
Proven ability to develop high-impact retail and buyer-facing materials
Expertise in crafting persuasive product narratives and presentations
Strong ability to translate product features and consumer insights into differentiated customer value
Highly effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
