As a
Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in connecting product development, brand strategy, and commercial success. You will shape how KoRo products are positioned in the market, develop compelling product narratives, and support both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and retail growth.
In this role, you will develop go-to-market strategies, define product positioning and messaging, and ensure our communication resonates with clearly defined customer segments across all channels and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Positioning, USPs & Packaging Insights
- Translate product features and insights into clear customer benefits and compelling stories.
- Define USPs, product narratives, and messaging frameworks to differentiate products.
- Support packaging with clear, relevant product claims and benefits.
- D2C Product Launches
- Define launch messaging and angles to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all D2C channels.
- Retail Product Pitch Development
- Create strong pitch materials, including selling stories, category insights, and key benefits.
- Partner with sales teams to communicate product value effectively to retail buyers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align messaging and priorities.
- Act as a bridge to turn product insights into effective market communication.
Your profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Product, Brand, or Category Marketing with a strong execution track record
- Industry experience in FMCG, Food, D2C, or Retail environments preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving product launches end-to-end
- Proven ability to develop high-impact retail and buyer-facing materials
- Exceptional storytelling and product positioning capabilities
- Expertise in crafting persuasive product narratives and presentations
- Strong ability to translate product features and consumer insights into differentiated customer value
- Highly effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
