Service Delivery Manager (Accounts Receivable)

For our financial department we are currently looking for Service Delivery Manager (Accounts Receivable) to lead a team of approx. 100 colleagues, with 6 direct reports. We are looking for a leader who can inspire large teams to strive for excellence and continuous improvement, while also driving efficiencies through the automation of accounting processes. A leader who can build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing Business Transformation journey.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Enhance automation and robotics solutions deployment by leveraging AI to improve service delivery efficiency and quality

• Manage and lead a group of Finance teams of around 100 colleagues and responsible for the provision of the daily and monthly operational services to internal customers across the group

• Ensure the team’s delivery quality standards as well as compliance with the group policies and approved procedures

• Promote a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement in the Team

• Drive internal projects and support the teams on the group’s transformation journey

• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders

• Drive and supervise implementation of process improvements within the scope

• Monitor, analyse and explain teams’ key performance indicators and addressing related queries and performance issues

• Support internal and external audit requirements

• Develop teams through regular performance reviews and coaching

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Extensive professional experience in area of Accounts Receivable

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Experience with driving automation of processes

• Proven track record in driving transformation of processes and organisations

• Significant experience with managing large teams

• Knowledge of SAP and AR workflow management tools

• Fluency in Business English

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment

• High degree of independence, integrity, drive for excellence and change management skills

• Degree in finance with focus on accounting , ACCA or Polish equivalent
