Job description
We are looking for a committed and experienced (Senior) Sales Manager (f/m/x) who enjoys growing with us and actively shaping the mobility sector with our hydrogen technology. The growth of our sales team offers attractive career opportunities for this position.
Your tasks:
- You will acquire fleet operators, logistics companies, and freight forwarders as new customers for our toll-free, CO2-free trucks with KEYOU-inside hydrogen engines and develop flagship projects in selected H2 pilot regions.
- You will identify strategic key accounts and assume operational responsibility for the sales of our “Hydrogen as a Service” model.
- Together with our CCO, you will actively shape regional market entry strategies, work on the conceptual development of our current sales strategy, and implement it consistently and scalably.
- You will work on the transition of pilot projects into scalable rollouts and make a significant contribution to achieving our growth targets.
- You will carry out TCO, market, and competition analyses, identify new business potential, and derive concrete sales measures from this.
- You will work closely with the business development, product management, marketing, and after-sales departments to develop holistic, customer-oriented solutions.
- You will represent KEYOU at trade fairs, customer events, and industry events and continue to expand our network in the political and association environment in a targeted manner.
Your profile:
- You have extensive sales experience in the commercial vehicle or logistics industry, are familiar with its market mechanisms, and ideally have a strong network of fleet operators and freight forwarders.
- You have successfully completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You are willing to travel extensively, occasionally within Europe.
- You think entrepreneurially and impress with your strong customer focus, negotiating skills, closing ability, and good stakeholder management.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner—even in dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
- You are characterized by strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
- You are experienced in using ERP and CRM systems and use digital tools for data-based decisions and forecasts.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.
What we offer you:
