Global Product Manager - Public Address & Voice Evacuation

As a Product Manager you work inherently cross-functional and in a truly global environment. You will work closely with global development, Sales & marketing teams launching new products and features. Other key responsibilities include monitoring the execution of the project, providing project progress to stakeholders, and pushing for appropriate levels of quality to maintain the overall integrity of the project.

The right candidate possesses a strong background in customer-experience, product management or product marketing. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. The candidate should have a track record of timely delivery of projects, be willing to dig in and get the job done, providing input to speed up key decisions.

You are responsible for
As Product Manager you will drive the definition, development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Public Address & Voice Evacuation. By working in close alignment with customers, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.

• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end of life;
• Identify market trends, customer needs, regulatory developments and competitive activities;
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmaps;
• Develop integral proposition based on market- and customer insights, including value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets;
• Steer the development and delivery of new propositions in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders, target markets, (end)-users and internal stakeholders (esp. Executives, Marketing Communication and R&D);
• Define the launch strategy and drive the global launch execution in collaboration with the local markets;
• Provide business justification for product selection and definition and prioritizes product development plans;
• Ensure product data sheets, user manuals, and necessary documents accurately reflect specifications and capabilities of product;
