What you’ll be doing
- Translate brand strategy into local marketing plans, campaigns, and activation calendars across DACH
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution across pharmacy, mass-market, and digital channels
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to optimize brand growth and ROI
- Develop and implement omnichannel content and activation (digital, in-store, e-commerce, CRM)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure compliant execution
- Create impactful sales materials, POS tools, and customer activation plans to support sell-in and visibility
- Lead product launches, pack updates, and lifecycle initiatives, ensuring smooth market execution
- Manage budgets, timelines, and agencies, ensuring delivery on time and within investment targets
- Contribute to customer meetings, trade events, and internal planning cycles
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes in all marketing activities
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in brand management, product marketing, or channel marketing within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, or similar fast-paced industries
- Proven track record in hands-on campaign execution, launches, and commercial activation
- Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or mass-market channels; e-commerce or omnichannel experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with experience working with market data, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and materials
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented with a “get-things-done” attitude
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% across the DACH region
