About the Venture

We are building highly-parallel, real-time computing capabilities for the third wave of AI systems. SpiNNcloud sits at the frontier of deep tech, providing the infrastructure for AI applications that demand speed and scale beyond what conventional hardware can deliver. We are based in Dresden and working on problems that most companies are not yet thinking about.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with the CEO on the initiatives that matter most to the company. You will lead high-priority projects, bring structure to complex and ambiguous problems, and ensure that company priorities move forward with clarity and accountability. This is not a support role. You will have real ownership, real access, and real influence over how the business operates and grows.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery

• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans with actionable milestones and accountability

• Track the execution of company priorities and identify bottlenecks before they become blockers

• Act as a thinking partner to the CEO on strategic and operational topics

• Prepare materials, analyses, and briefings for key decisions and external meetings

• Represent the CEO in meetings and follow up on critical initiatives to ensure alignment

• Work across teams including product, operations, finance, and partnerships to drive coordination and decision-making

• Improve internal processes, workflows, and reporting structures

• Support planning cycles including quarterly planning, OKRs, and strategic reviews

• Help define and track KPIs and company-level objectives
  

About You

You are someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership without being asked, and can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without losing quality in either. You are comfortable working closely with senior leadership, you communicate clearly, and you care about getting things done properly. A genuine curiosity about deep tech is important. This is not a generalist operations role.

• Background in consulting, venture capital, startups, or a high-growth environment

• Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving execution across teams

• Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritising effectively under pressure

• Strong communicator with the ability to synthesise complex information for different audiences

• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership

• Exposure to deep tech sectors such as AI, semiconductors, quantum computing, or advanced computing

• German language skills
