In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and engaging high-value enterprise prospects. You will play a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning solutions effectively. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion. This position offers a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound prospecting, strategic account targeting, and relationship building. Accountabilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive inbound and outbound prospecting across multiple channels (email, phone, social media, and events)
- Research, identify, and qualify enterprise-level prospects by analyzing their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage
- Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns, including personalized messaging and cold-calling strategies
- Engage and nurture leads to move them through the sales funnel toward qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on account strategies
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities within CRM systems
- Contribute to improving sales processes, messaging, and campaign performance through feedback and collaboration
- Meet or exceed defined targets related to pipeline generation, meetings, and sales-qualified opportunities
- Experience in sales development, business development, or a similar client-facing commercial role
- Fluency in Finnish and strong proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers across channels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is advantageous
- Adaptable mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for crafting compelling outreach campaigns
