This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and project delivery within modern web development environments. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end IT project execution while coordinating cross-functional development teams and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical delivery. The position requires a strong understanding of full-stack .NET-based architectures combined with solid project management capabilities. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of web applications while managing scope, timelines, risks, and quality. Acting as a key communication bridge, you will ensure transparency and efficiency across all project phases. Accountabilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate development teams working on full-stack web applications using .NET, C#, React, Node.js, and SQL Server.
• Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
• Oversee development deliverables, ensuring quality standards and adherence to technical and functional requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies and potential issues.
• Support agile or hybrid delivery environments, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT project management within technology or software development environments.
• Strong technical background in full-stack web development, particularly .NET, C#, SQL Server, React, and Node.js.
• Experience working with cloud environments, with AWS knowledge considered a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate technical teams and drive project outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at conversational level is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a technical coordinator or team lead is highly valued.
