Accountabilities:
- Create, launch, and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns focused on user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and optimize Custom Audiences to improve targeting precision and campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to align ad visuals and messaging with performance goals.
- Research, test, and validate new audience segments, keywords, and bidding strategies to scale campaign performance.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize performance against key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Support end-to-end execution of paid media strategies across multiple products and markets.
- Contribute to ongoing experimentation efforts to improve acquisition efficiency and marketing outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing performance-driven acquisition campaigns at scale.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience working with KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to improve ad performance.
- Strong testing mindset with experience in A/B testing and growth experimentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with multiple priorities.
