Position Summary 
The Team Lead – Digitalisation is responsible for leading and advancing the company’s digital transformation initiatives across the photovoltaic (PV) modules and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business. This role focuses on enabling end-to-end digitalization across the value chain, including sales, project delivery, supply chain, and after-sales services, to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. 
The role combines people leadership and functional leadership, translating functional strategy and business priorities into day-to-day execution. The Team Lead drives operational excellence, supports cross-functional collaboration, and develops team capabilities to meet business objectives.

Reports to Vice President Europe 

Major Responsibilities 
People Leadership 

• Lead and manage the digital transformation team, including digital product managers, analysts, and technical specialists
• Set clearobjectives,monitorperformance, and provide regular feedback and development support to team members
• Plan team capacity,allocateresources, and ensure delivery against agreed priorities
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and solution-oriented team culture

Digital Transformation & Functional Delivery 

• Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company’s PV module and BESS business strategy
• Identifyand implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency across key business processes, including sales pipeline management, project execution, supply chain, and service operations
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital platforms and systems, such as ERP, CRM, project management tools, and data platforms, with a focus on PV and BESS business needs
• Support the digitalization of BESS project lifecycle management, including design coordination, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring
• Manage digital projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

Process & Continuous Improvement 

• Enable data-driven decision-making by improving data integration, reporting, and analytics across PV and energy storage operations
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on business performance
• Identifyinefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across digital workflows and systems
• Develop,maintain, and improve digital processes, documentation, and reporting standards

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital initiatives
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectations
• Drive change management initiatives and promote a digital mindset across the organization, particularly within technical and project teams
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in renewable energy, digitalization, and energy storage

Your profile

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics, or a related field with a strong digital or technology focus
• 7–10 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, IT systems, or process optimization within the renewable energy, photovoltaic, energy storage, or industrial sectors
• Proven experience in leading digital or cross-functional project teams or coordinating complex digital initiatives
• Strong understanding of PV module business and/or BESS project workflows (e.g., sales, engineering, EPC, O&M)
• Experience with digital systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and data or analytics platforms
• Strong project management skills, with experience delivering complex cross-functional projects
• Fluency in English at professional working proficiency level (C1) is mandatory; Chinese fluency is an advantage.
