At IronMaxx, we are looking for a Head of Marketplaces who leads our Amazon and marketplace business as a true profit center, scales it through data-driven decisions, and unlocks new growth opportunities together with the Head of DTC.

Leadership & Ownership
- Functional and disciplinary leadership and development of our marketplace team
- Conducting performance reviews and actively driving team development (trainings, upskilling, etc.)
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Full ownership of the marketplace budget in close alignment with the CEO – ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability
Strategy & Performance Growth
- Development and execution of holistic marketplace strategies (Amazon & international platforms)
- Planning and management of performance marketing campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Development and optimization of SEO strategies to increase visibility and conversion sustainably
- Close collaboration with the Head of DTC to align and optimize cross-channel performance
- Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new growth opportunities
- KPI-driven performance management and optimization (ACoS, conversion rate, impressions, etc.)
Operational Excellence & Scaling
- End-to-end management of the international Amazon business (1P & 3P, FBM & FBA)
- Ensuring smooth order processing in collaboration with relevant internal teams
- Creation of forecasts (revenue, inventory levels, sales volumes) and regular reporting
- Optimization of product listings (PDP, storefront, SEO, variation structures)
- Management and maintenance of master data and listing processes
- International rollout of new products across marketplaces
- Ensuring compliance with tax, regulatory, and accounting requirements
- Scaling and developing international marketplace projects
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Several years of experience managing Amazon and international marketplaces
- Proven leadership experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Deep understanding of Amazon (1P/3P, FBA/FBM, advertising, SEO, algorithm dynamics)
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance KPIs
- Experience in budget ownership and performance optimization
- Structured, entrepreneurial, and hands-on working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Business fluent in English, other language skills are a plus
