Content Outreach Associate (m/f/d) – Indonesian Speaker

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Content Outreach Associate to join their Content team. In this role, you will help build and maintain a contributor community in Indonesia and manage the acquisition, onboarding, and quality control of creative design media and templates. You will coordinate with contributors, provide guidance on submissions, and evaluate assets for overall quality, artistic merit, technical execution, and adherence to high internal standards.

Location: Berlin, hybrid (remote work possible Germany-wide)
Position: Full-time
Contract: 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new and suitable designers based on aesthetic guidelines; collaborate with the team on approval and feedback processes.

• Conduct outreach and onboard new designers/contributors, providing submission guidance and technical training.

• Maintain an ongoing network of contributors by coordinating template submissions, providing feedback, and supporting artist education.

• Execute and track contracts, terms, and program budgets on a quarterly basis.

• Assist with the development of content review processes, educational materials, creative briefs, and production efficiencies.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative workflow throughout projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in digital production design, artist outreach, community management, or similar.

• Strong proficiency in creative software tools – specifically design, illustration, and template creation platforms.

• Experience with contracts and payment processing workflows.

• Solid foundation in post-production best practices (technical abilities and evaluation skills).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a love of process and meticulously executed design.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong awareness of visual and design trends.

• Experience in content production is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.A. or M.).
