Join our team as a key contributor responsible for the end-to-end operation of approximately 700 systems across TEST, AC1, PreLIVE, and LIVE environments. You will work in a highly automated, performance-driven infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our VoIP and Radius platforms.
As part of our team, you will:

Operate, maintain, and enhance VoIP and Radius systems within high-performance data centers

Develop and improve automated system management using Puppet and Debian-based server clusters

Drive projects within the VoIP and Radius environment across their full lifecycle — from design and implementation to deployment

Perform performance analysis and optimization to ensure system efficiency and reliability

Plan and execute rollouts of new features and system updates

Carry out regular maintenance activities (system expansions, updates, upgrades)

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a structured and goal-oriented manner

Coordinate with upstream providers by creating and managing trouble tickets

Participate in an on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)
