๐Ÿ” What we are looking for

At IMA we are looking for an HR Manager who is eager to play a key strategic role in talent management and contribute actively to IMA Healthโ€™s growth.

๐Ÿ“‹ Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and the hiring of top-tier talent.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage the IMA Health team, driving international business growth in competitive markets.

  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor regulations in the regions where we operate.

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to professional development, to ensure a high-performing team.

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve the compensation and benefits structure, leading initiatives to enhance recognition, promote diversity, and foster engagement through team-building activities.

  • Manage the payroll process in collaboration with external partners, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

  • Act as an HR advisor for managers and team members, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

  • Use HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations.

๐Ÿค“ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree will be a plus.

  • Fluent in English and either Catalan or Spanish. Knowledge of other languages such as French or German will be valued.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in fast-paced scale-up environments, with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR functions internationally (mandatory).

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with EU labor legislation.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong and effective relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Experience using HRIS and ATS.
