JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a
Post-doctoral Researcher to give support into the Respiratory Infection and Immunology Research Line from Innovation in Respiratory Infections and Tuberculosis research group.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation in laboratory tasks, especially flow cytometry. Have an active role in the clinical studies of the research line.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- Degree in a Health-related discipline
- Master studies in Health Research
- PhD degree in sciences at the moment of incorporation
EXPERIENCE- Extensive experience in clinical laboratory, especially microbiology
- Previous participation in national and/or international research consortiums
- Scientific predoctoral stages during the PhD studies (minimum 6 months)
- Extensive knowledge in immunology
- Experience in virus and bacterial culture, flow cytometry and animal models
- Experience in designing and building conventional and spectral cytometry panels.
- Experience with data repository management (i.e. REDCap)
- Experience in the following specific software: R programming, and Flowjo
- Experience in flow-cytometry non-supervised analysis
COMPETENCES- Excellent organizational skills
- Interest in working in animal models
- Good knowledge of English
- Availability to travel
- Flexible attitude to work and with minimum supervision

- The period is starting 1rst. June 2026
- The annual remuneration inherent in the position that is the subject of this call will be set based on the experience provided and the aptitudes of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.

- 23 vacation days and 5 days for personal matters + 2 days for Easter + 2 days for Christmas.
