HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.

Our Operations Team is looking for a Youngstars Event Producer (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg full time as soon as possible.

Your role will be central to ensuring our events are executed with precision, enhancing the HYROX brand and delivering exceptional experiences for our participants and spectators. We are looking for someone that excels in producing events, can work well under pressure, has great attention to detail and is passionate about creating life changing experiences.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event Planning: Communicate and liaise with the Age group Event Producer with/Orders from venues/suppliers

    (Water, Internet, Power, Catering, Security, Medics, Machinery)

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, venue, and employees, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving mindset.

  • Venue Maps: Work with the Layout & Planning team to Finalize CAD drawings for every event with all operational details.

  • Local Authorities: Responsible to ensure compliance with permissions from Venues/ Cities/ Councils

  • Staffing: Responsible for Staffing of the Core team in collaboration with the Safeguarding Manager for Events. Work with the workforce manager to ensure the event is fully staffed accordingly.

  • Safeguarding: Value the importance of safesport and safeguarding in event planning. In collaboration with the Youngstars Safeguarding Manager, Create an environment with athlete welfare as a priority, setting the conditions for child welfare and safeguarding throughout the event.

  • Health & Safety: Oversee on-site safety, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with Health & Safety Advisors as needed.

  • Team Leadership: Support the event logistics staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage event budgets, track payments, following up on invoices and ensure financial targets are met.

  • Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from team members post-event to continuously improve our operations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience: 3+ years in event production or operations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive; experience with AutoCAD and project management tools is desirable.

  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven experience in managing teams, with strong communication and mentoring abilities. A collaborative attitude and ability to work within a small, committed team.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work calmly under pressure. Excellent attention to detail.

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills - the ability to quickly assess situations, make informed decisions, be creative and innovative, and adapt plans as needed.

  • Additional Skills: Driver’s license, first aid certificate, approve staff vetting and police clearance for working with children.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours, including weekends and nights, is mandatory.

  • Passion: A keen interest in fitness / sports and a passion for event management.

  • Languages: English (C-Level); additional languages are a plus.

  • Location: Based in or willing to move to Hamburg
