What you'll do
Work directly with the Director of Finance, Founders as well as Programme and Engineering leadership on high‑priority strategic initiatives.
Develop, refine, and operationalize financial planning, forecasting, and controlling processes to support scalable growth.
Drive the company’s capital strategy, including budgeting, long‑range planning, scenario modeling, and capital allocation.
Support commercial finance topics such as structuring, pricing, and evaluating public‑sector and B2B contracts.
Contribute to equity and debt fundraising across the full lifecycle—strategy, investor targeting, materials preparation, execution, and post‑close reporting.
Lead cross‑functional financial and strategic workstreams, including manufacturing strategy, target costing, supply‑chain optimization, and make‑or‑buy analyses
Who you are
A structured, analytical problem‑solver with a track record of successfully driving complex strategic projects in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bring 3–5 years of experience in top‑tier Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or a Corporate Development / Strategic Finance role in a high‑growth start-up environment.
MBA is a plus, but not required.
Experience in the Armed Forces or defense‑related environments is a strong plus.
