The opportunity
We invite you to apply for the role of Electrical Engineering Trainee. In this position, you will gain hands‑on experience in a real engineering environment and support customer projects. You will work in cross‑functional teams and learn how power system solutions are designed, built, and delivered.
You will collaborate with experienced engineers, support sales and project teams, and develop practical engineering skills through real project work.
This is a great opportunity if you want to learn, grow professionally, and gain exposure in an international engineering organization. The traineeship is planned as full‑time during the 3 summer months and part‑time alongside your studies for the following 3 months.
How you’ll make an impact
- You specify our products and support related technical studies.
- You assist engineering and sales teams with technical input.
- You witness equipment testing and take part in commissioning activities.
- You interact with customers and suppliers when needed.
- You support technical coordination and problem solving in project teams.
- You follow safety and integrity standards in all activities.
Your background
- You study or have education in Electric Power Engineering or Engineering Physics.
- You can simplify complex topics and approach problems creatively.
- You work in a structured and persistent way.
- You are comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- You communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
- You are available for a traineeship of six months or longer.

This is a paid internship based in Ülemiste City, offering a modern office environment and a flexible working model.
