As a Product Manager, you are the strategic engine behind our roadmap. You translate customer feedback and market opportunities into smart features and actively drive our AI vision forward. You are the interface between engineering and business with a clear goal: impact, not just output.

🤝 Your Responsibilities

• Roadmap Strategy: You develop and prioritize our product strategy, perfectly aligning company goals and customer needs to drive genuine growth.

• Feature Definition: Based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals, you define the requirements and features that make a difference.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You are the link between engineering, design, and marketing. Together, you ensure we deliver high-quality features on time.

• Data-driven Decisions: Gut feeling is good, data is better. You analyze user behavior and market data to make smart decisions for optimizations and new functions.

• Full Product Lifecycle: You accompany our products from the initial idea, through development, to go-to-market and subsequent success measurement.

💙 Your Profile

• Ownership & Hands-on: You're not just an administrator, but a creator. You're eager to build things from scratch, take full responsibility, and get hands-on operationally.

• Track Record: You have 2–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector. Your goal: to play an active role in shaping an excellent product organization.

• Startup DNA: You have spent at least 2 years in a fast-paced, ambitious environment (VC startup or top-tier tech company) or bring your own founder experience.

• AI & Data Enthusiast: You're passionate about the possibilities of artificial intelligence and data-driven products. You don't want to build just a “standard tool,” but rather an intelligent, scalable next-generation product.

• Customer Obsession: You effortlessly translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure that each solution delivers real business value.

• Tech meets Business: You master the interplay between technical feasibility and commercial success. You understand exactly how your product decisions impact the end result.

• Communication Pro: You get complex ideas across clearly—whether deep diving with devs or pitching to customers and stakeholders.

• Language Skills: You communicate fluently in both German and English (both at a professional level).
