You are our first dedicated design person and will shape how happyhotel looks and feels – within the product and beyond. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to create a consistent user experience. You combine clear UX thinking with a sense for design and visually extend our brand within the product.
🤝 Your Tasks
You understand our users’ needs through interviews and feedback.
You bring the user perspective into all product decisions.
You work closely with Product and Engineering to develop usable and feasible solutions.
You create the right artifacts for each phase: flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or handovers.
You test your ideas with users and improve them iteratively.
You further develop our design system and establish clear standards for design artifacts.
You share insights from user research and design work across the company.
