Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT Department Team in Berlin on a full-time basis.
The opportunity: The purpose of this position is to support the local staff and to oversee the operation of IT devices on campus.
Key Activities & Responsibilities: - First and second level support for all employees and users
- Support ticket system
- Installation of computers and preparation for output
- Workstation/Software installations
- Collaboration in IT projects
- Technical event support (set-up and dismantling)
- Teaching support in hybrid teaching (video and audio)
- Administration of the Blackboard systems
Your profile
- Completed training in IT environment or few years of professional experience in IT support.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve IT issues
- Experience in an LMS system, setting up courses, content, exams, and discussions.
- Experience in configuration of client systems (PC and Mac)
- Experience in Office 365
- Strong communication skills and service orientation, initiative, teamwork, problem solving skills and friendly demeanor
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in the areas of application support (Windows, macOS), IT service or helpdesk, is an advantage
