Job description

GT was founded in 2019 by a former Apple, Nest, and Google executive. GT’s mission is to connect the world’s best talent with product careers offered by high-growth companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands.

On behalf of Vodori, GT is looking for experienced Software Trainers to support enterprise customer training, user adoption, and change management for leading pharma, biotech, and medtech companies.

About the Client

Founded in 2005, Vodori is a purpose-built SaaS company helping life sciences organizations accelerate compliant promotional content review. With two decades of experience, Vodori has become the trusted choice for pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and diagnostics companies worldwide.

Positioned as a modern, flexible, and cost-effective alternative to legacy systems, Vodori partners closely with Salesforce and other commercial tools, and is rapidly expanding its footprint across enterprise life sciences organizations looking to future-proof their operations.

About the Role

Vodori is looking to build a flexible network of experienced contract software trainers who can support live customer training sessions across Europe and globally.

This is a project-based opportunity, not a full-time permanent role at this stage. It may be a good fit for freelance trainers, consultants, customer enablement professionals, or software training specialists who are open to flexible engagements.

You would help enterprise users learn and adopt Vodori’s software through clear, engaging, and practical training sessions. Training may be delivered remotely or onsite, depending on customer needs, and often in local languages.

Vodori will provide product onboarding, training materials, and an internal product/customer expert for each session. You do not need to be a Vodori product expert from day one — the key is strong experience delivering software or digital product training and the ability to explain workflows clearly to business users.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver live software training sessions to enterprise business users, both remotely and onsite.

  • Conduct training in one or more of Vodori’s priority languages: English, Spanish, Italian, German, Mandarin Chinese, French, and/or russian.

  • Prepare for sessions using Vodori-provided materials, scripts, videos, product guidance, and train-the-trainer sessions.

  • Work closely with Vodori team members who understand the customer context, product configuration, and implementation goals.

  • Explain software functionality and workflows in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way.

  • Adapt your training style to different audience levels, including non-technical business users.

  • Help users feel comfortable and confident with a new software platform.

  • Handle questions during training professionally, with support from Vodori’s internal team where needed.

  • Travel to customer sites across Europe when required.

  • Potentially support related user-facing activities over time, such as follow-up Q&A, customer enablement, or first-line end-user support.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
  • Proven experience delivering software, product, or digital systems training.

  • Experience training business users or end users, ideally in enterprise or B2B customer environments.

  • Strong live training, facilitation, presentation, and audience engagement skills.

  • Ability to explain complex or unfamiliar software workflows in a simple and practical way.

  • Fluent or native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Mandarin Chinese, French, or russian.

  • Strong English skills for onboarding and collaboration with Vodori’s team.

  • Confidence working with enterprise customers and professional audiences.

  • Empathetic communication style and ability to support users through software adoption or workflow change.

  • Ability to quickly learn a new software product and follow provided training materials.

  • Comfortable working alongside an internal Vodori product/customer expert during training sessions.

  • Based in Europe and open to travel for onsite customer sessions.

  • Open to flexible, project-based work.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience training enterprise customer groups or larger external user groups.

  • Background with SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, medical devices, or other regulated industries.

  • Experience with Veeva or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Background in customer enablement, software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or end-user support.

  • Change management or user adoption experience.

  • Experience supporting global enterprise customers.

  • Ability to deliver training in more than one priority language.

  • Freelance or consulting background.

  • Experience with both remote and in-person training delivery.

Engagement Details
  • Flexible, project-based engagement depending on customer needs.

  • Current estimated volume is around 1–2 training sessions per month, but workload may vary.

  • Sessions are typically around 90 minutes, though some engagements may include additional preparation, travel, or follow-up time.

  • Onsite sessions may require travel within Europe.

  • Travel and accommodation expenses are covered for onsite engagements.

  • Compensation includes agreed time for training delivery, preparation, and travel.
