Game Designer US Market (f/m/d*)

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer (f/m/d*) who is passionate about creating engaging casual games and understands how to build successful player experiences for the US market. In this role, you will help shape new and existing games by combining strategic design thinking with fast prototyping, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.

Work closely with cross functional teams to explore new game ideas, validate hypotheses, and drive feature development. You will contribute to both discovering new opportunities and improving existing features, always with an intuitive focus on player experience, audience trends, and market fit in the US.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Drive design for new games and features with a dedicated focus on the US market

• Ensure features and content feel natural and relevant for players in the US

• Prototype ideas quickly and bring them into testing as early as possible

• Own feature development from first idea to live release

• Set up and support A/B testing processes to evaluate features and optimize player experience

• Use player data and testing results to iterate and improve performance

• Understand and build on our existing feature stack, player base, and product ecosystem

• Contribute actively to product and design discussions and challenge ideas when needed

• Create clear design documentations that help teams move fast and be aligned

Requirements

What we expect

• Minimum 6+ years of working experience designing and developing casual or mobile games for the US market

• Very good understanding of player behavior, trends, and expectations in the US games market

• Experience in prototyping, R&D, and exploring new game ideas and mechanics

• Hands on mindset with the ability to quickly turn ideas into testable prototypes, including using AI tools

• Experience with A/B testing and setting up structured experimentation processes

• Ability to use data and KPIs to drive decisions around engagement, retention, and monetization

• Experience working on feature development for new games, ideally from early concept stages

• Cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and experience working closely with product, design, and development teams

• Clear communication and ability to articulate design decisions and trade offs
