To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced IT Lead & Business Partner OpU IV Fluids (m/f/d) who is able to lead the team of Site IT Heads in the TechOps Operating Unit (OpU) IV Fluids and serves as the strategic interface and primary contact to the Operating Unit IV Fluids from an IT perspective, ensuring that IT initiatives are aligned with local business objectives and priorities.
Your responsibilities:
Contributes to the development of the local IT strategy by aligning local business objectives and needs with the global IT objectives ensuring IT supports business strategies
Maintains an overarching view of all IT activities, the portfolio and the capacity planning for the site IT in their area of responsibility to ensure a highly responsive, customer-focused, and business-driven environment
Promotes the adoption of new technologies along business needs to enhance business processes and drive innovation
Ensures continuous evaluation of compliance with IT SOPs and policies, the performance of IT services and projects, and business satisfaction level
Oversees the value realization of differentiating IT solutions to meet the Operating Unit expectations and formulates a uniform approach to handle and/or resolve concerns about IT services from the Business Segment
Coordinates the implementation of local and global projects within operating unit, ensuring local requirements are addressed
Owns the consolidated view of IT projects and IT budget across Production Units in their area of responsibility and supports Site IT Heads in balancing global and local initiatives
Leads change management efforts to ensure successful IT adoption of new solutions and processes across the Operating Unit IV Fluids
Develops and enhances relationships with key stakeholders across the roles area of responsibility, to understand their expectations, challenges and opportunities for improvements and automation
Facilitates effective communication between business and IT to foster a highly responsive, customer-focused, and business-driven environment
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with familiarity in the IT environment, preferably in IT business engagement
At least 10 years of experience in an IT business partner role in a large and complex organization, including at least 5 years of professional experience in working and engaging with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of IT and business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions, preferably in the IV Fluids, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries
Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations, with experience of delivering results in a global environment and challenges such as remote working, cultural differences, and split time-zones
Deep understanding of IT demand management frameworks, methods, and best practices
Strong IT project management expertise of IT initiatives; supporting certificates, such as PMP, Prince2 are considered a plus
Certifications in Frameworks, such as ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, COBIT, TOGAF, and IT/OT are a plus
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in IT industry, such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain is desirable
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, enabling effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
