We are at the forefront of Legal Tech automation and provide legal support to air passengers facing issues with airlines, as well as in the fields of traffic and labor law.


We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Administrative Caseworker to join our Norwegian Operations team in Berlin. In this role, you will work with cases from start to finish — supporting customers, assessing claims, and helping ensure high quality throughout the entire process.

Your mission

  • Support travellers throughout the flight compensation process and help ensure their rights are upheld
  • Review and assess flight compensation claims with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally with customers, airlines, and legal partners 
  • Organize and maintain case documentation within our internal systems
  • Assist in preparing cases for the Norwegian legal process
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows and operational processes
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams, departments, and locations

Your profile

  • You are fluent in Norwegian and feel confident communicating professionally with customers in written English
  • Additional Nordic languages such as Swedish, Danish or Finnish are a plus
  • You enjoy helping people and creating a positive customer experience
  • You work in a structured, reliable and detail-oriented way
  • You take ownership of your tasks and follow them through to completion
  • You are comfortable working with digital systems and administrative processes
  • Experience in customer service, support, retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
  • You are motivated to learn and grow within an innovative legal-tech company
