About the role

We are looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with our CEO and shape how Finto operates and grows. This is not a support role — you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM, operations, and hiring. You'll drive enterprise sales processes, build the operational backbone of a scaling company, and help us hire the team that takes Finto to the next level.

We're headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.

What you'll do

  • Accompany our GTM motion: Work with the CEO on deals, build pipeline, and implement the basics of our first marketing — from outreach to messaging to follow-ups.

  • Run recruiting operations: Identify and approach top talent, run sourcing and screenings, and accompany the onboarding of new team members.

  • Build our internal ops: Design and improve internal structures and processes, ensuring we're running in sync as the team grows.

  • Work side-by-side with the CEO on daily business — removing blockers along the way, acting as a sparring partner on decisions big and small.

  • Context-switch constantly — no two weeks look the same. One day you're prepping a customer pitch, the next you're closing a hire.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or a similarly demanding environment.

  • Degree from a top business school or university — strong academic track record in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Exceptionally smart and structured thinker who can get up to speed on anything fast.

  • High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out and execute.

  • Strong communicator in German and English, comfortable working directly with founders in a high-speed environment.

  • Genuinely ambitious: you care about what you're building and want to grow into more responsibility over time.

  • Grit — things will be unclear, fast, and sometimes messy. You thrive in that.
