You will drive the global supplier management process, establishing robust quality governance and oversight for Business partners: suppliers, service providers or CMOs. In addition, you will lead communities of practice in collaboration with Ferring manufacturing sites, sharing expertise and fostering continuous improvement across the network.

As a member of Ferring’s project team, you will be Quality assurance responsible in the assigned transformational projects related to the CMOs. 

You will propose and implement innovative approaches to working, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in Business partner Quality Assurance management and governance to support Ferring new entrepreneurship model. 

Your day at Ferring

In this position, your primary tasks will be to:

• Develop quality governance and standards for Ferring business partners (suppliers, service providers and CMOs) management

• Propose quality improvements to mitigate risks related to License to operate, Supply continuity and Ferring reputation

• Develop and implement new ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality oversight through tangible Quality Metrics to monitor business partners performance

• Support the preparation of regular audits at CMOs and ensure readiness for inspection

• Provide support for technical investigation at CMO

• Support Technical transfer teams and coordinate QA related activities with CMO

• Review and establish Quality Technical Agreements with CMOs

 

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of Business Regulations (EU, FDA and others)

• At least 7 years work experience in manufacturing, quality assurance and/or quality control in the pharmaceutical industry with both local and international working experience

• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
