The role designed for you:
- You will report directly to the Sales Director – Rolls Central Europe and collaborate closely with the central commercial team, acting as the ‘go-to market’ person for key stakeholders.
- You will guarantee Sales targets of achievement – including end-to-end margin, pricing policy implementation, and credit management.
- Ensure correct management of commercial activities – price conditions, order negotiation, agreements, and promotion – and sales operational tasks (order entry, service control, collectability).
- Drive specialty development and project management, ensuring innovative solutions for customers and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Manage and develop the current client portfolio, increasing sales, contribution margin, SKUs, product ranges, and share of wallet.
- Bring new clients to Fedrigoni and act as a partner of choice, supporting customers to identify solutions through our self-adhesive and specialty products.
- Build long-term relationships with accounts and pivot inside the organization to provide distinctive service levels.
- Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short- and medium-term results, tailoring it to the local market.
- Preferably based in South, Central, or West Germany, but open to any location within Germany.
The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus.
- Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers’ accounts.
- Ambition to drive superior business results and bring a strong customer-centric approach.
- Resilience in a very dynamic market, adapting quickly to change and maintaining focus under pressure.
- Experience in structured environments with rigorous commercial processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.).
- Ideally, experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers (wine industry, cosmetics, household, personal care, food industry) and/or in packaging, printing, or labels.
- Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, ability to influence and develop talent.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native German and English; Spanish and Italian is a plus.
