As Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for two of our fast-growing global Business Areas, you will step into a pivotal seat in a dynamic, evolving organization. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, people outcomes, and global execution - helping leaders build the organization, talent, and capabilities needed to win.

 

Due to the international nature of this role, we are looking to fill the position in Greece (Athens area), Spain (Madrid area), or Italy (Milan area). The role will be based on a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

You will shape the future of the business through people - globally.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Development – Lead workforce planning and org development for your Division in close partnership with Business Leads, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Trusted Advisor & Leadership Coach – Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, providing clear guidance on employee relations, policies, and organizational challenges.
  • Talent & Leadership Development – Anticipate development needs, create high-impact talent initiatives, and accelerate employee and leadership growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits Advisory – Partner with our C&B team to ensure competitive, market-aligned compensation and benefits for your Division.
  • Change Management – Guide transformation with transparent communication, data-driven decisions, and strong stakeholder alignment.
  • HR Process Excellence – Continuously optimize end-to-end HR processes while ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Global Collaboration – Work with HR colleagues worldwide to harmonize policies and elevate the strategic value of the HRBP community.

Qualifications

If this role caught your eye and you are eager to get into the driver's seat, the following qualifications are prerequesite to be successful in this position: 

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration with speciliazation in Human Resources or comparable disciplines)
  • 6-8 years applied HR experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to take direct ownership of interpreting data and using data to influence decision making
  • Strong business acumen; demonstrated ability to learn business objectives quickly and influence talent and org decisions that impact business outcomes
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English on business language (min. C1 level) any other language is a plus
  • Experience framing organizational design options that accelerate speed and reduce friction in getting work accomplished
  • Experience diagnosing and building leadership team capabilities, at senior levels
  • Experience building relationships across the HR function as well as across executive teams, within and outside of the core client groups
