Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for approvals as a program manager in accordance with § 178 SGB III in conjunction with AZAV.
You will continuously manage and develop the audit processes and internal quality assurance.
You will chair the evaluation committee and make important certification decisions.
You will be responsible for the complaints procedure, organize training courses, and promote the exchange of experience within the team.
You will take care of the company's external image, e.g., website and news pages, in cooperation with marketing.
You will create new processes and documents in the field of education to ensure that standards are always up to date.
You will take over the approval of measures in accordance with AZAV and ensure smooth processes.

Ihr Profil
Your profile
Completed vocational training or university degree.
Several years of professional experience in quality management in adult education or labor market services.
In-depth knowledge of AZAV and relevant quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001) in the management of a specialist unit, ideally with leadership responsibility.
Proof of many years of practical experience in several specialist areas of AZAV (see § 5 (1) nos. 1-6 AZAV).
Completed training as an auditor.
Confident manner, structured approach to work, and strong communication skills in English and German.
