Cashier Roermond

We are currently looking for a Cashier for our Outlet Store in Roermond. As a true Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the processing of sales transactions with all types of payment methods, while maintaining an excellent level of customer service
• Support the Sales Team by ensuring that transactions are carried out in accordance with company standards
• Perform cash register openings/closings
• Serve as a point of contact between the store and Headquarters, including for chargebacks and audits
• Forward the requested activity data to Headquarters Respond to customer complaints and prepare payment vouchers, payment slips, receipts and other such documents Process refunds and exchanges If necessary, perform administrative and back office functions

 

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English. Other languages (such as Italian, Dutch, Russian, Arabic or German) are considered a plus. 
• Relevant experience in luxury retail. 
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques. 
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Strong team player.
