Job description

As T-NAP, we provide a central platform for end-to-end network automation within Deutsche Telekom, enabling the transition to software-defined, cloud-based and disaggregated network architectures. Originating from the MOVE-ON program, we bring together expertise across DT Technik, VTI and Telekom IT, driving true IT/NT convergence. Our platform is built on ONAP and leverages modern technologies such as microservices, cloudification and open APIs. We enable scalable orchestration of network services, supporting innovations like NFV and O-RAN while reducing dependency on traditional vendors. Working in an agile setup as an Agile Release Train, our teams deliver impactful solutions shaping the future of telecom networks.

Purpose

As a Senior Full Stack Developer within the T-NAP Digital Hub, you design and develop scalable web applications for a cloud-native, containerized network automation platform. You take ownership across the full development lifecycle, contributing to high-quality, maintainable solutions built on modern technologies and open-source foundations such as ONAP.

Working in an agile, multi-team environment (Scrum, SAFe), you collaborate closely with engineers across software, DevOps, and network domains to deliver efficient, automated solutions. You actively contribute to technical decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration within CI/CD-driven workflows.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for a cloud-native, containerized network automation platform (T-NAP)
  • Translate business and technical requirements into robust, high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate in an agile, multi-team environment (Scrum, SAFe) with software, DevOps, and network engineers
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate application and infrastructure deployments
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform through testing, monitoring, and optimization
  • Support troubleshooting, fault analysis, and continuous improvement of system components
  • Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the team
