We’re looking for a motivated and proactive** Finance & Strategy Working Student **to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurial finance, strategic analysis, investor relations, and business operations.
In this role, you’ll support key projects and work closely with our Finance & Strategy team, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
In this role you will

Support financial planning, analysis, and investor reporting with a strong data-driven mindset.

Contribute to strategic projects that have a direct impact on business operations and company performance.

Leverage AI tools, including Claude and Cowork, to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and surface insights more efficiently.

Take ownership of improvement initiatives from ideation through to implementation.
What you need to be successful

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, with **at least 12 months remaining **and availability to work 20 hours per week.

A strong problem-solver who enjoys learning and tackling challenges, rather than simply ticking boxes for your CV.

Comfortable and confident using AI tools, particularly **Claude and Cowork, **as part of your day-to-day workflow.

At ease with AI-assisted coding (e.g., using the Claude plugin in VS Code). You don’t need to be a developer, but you should enjoy building and experimenting with AI.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to make an impact — even in a supporting role.

Very strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required).

Previous professional experience in a high-velocity environment (e.g., Start-Up, VC/PE, IB, Consulting) is a plus.
