Own IT hardware and asset management end-to-end, including planning, procurement, lifecycle tracking, and preparing devices for new joiners based on hiring needs.
Serve as a key contact for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), supporting teams with project setup, workflow optimization, as well as user and permission management.
Manage user identities and access across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining secure, well-structured access controls.
Support device management and endpoint security using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender, ensuring compliance, security standards, and reliable performance.
Continuously improve IT processes and documentation to support scalability and operational efficiency.
Ensure a smooth and well-functioning office IT environment by proactively equipping workstations, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining day-to-day operational readiness.
What you need to succeed
2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a comparable role
Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems (macOS and Windows), as well as basic networking and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
