What you’ll doTalent sourcing & screening
Identify and find freelance writers, editors, and creatives across different platforms.
Support in identifying top-tier talent for our platform.
Vetting & matching talent to clients
Track candidate progress throughout the selection process.
Support in matching freelancers to client needs based on tone, expertise, and industry.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams on ongoing projects and requests.
Onboarding support
Guide freelancers through the registration process.
Help ensure new freelancers are ready to start on the platform.
Ad hoc projects
Assist with internal projects and team initiatives.
Support talent-related improvements (e.g, optimising communication templates)
You are currently studying (HR, Communication, Business, or something similar)
You are available 24-40h per week, we are flexible
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
Curiosity about content marketing, languages, and culture
Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
You use AI in your daily life and are enthusiastic about experimenting with how to optimize Talent workflows with it
Hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up

You start your day by joining the Talent stand-up to align on new requests. You will then start sourcing new freelance talent. Later in the morning, you support the vetting process by tracking candidate progress and helping match freelancers to open client needs.
After lunch, you guide new freelancers through onboarding and ensure they are ready to get started. You might also support an internal project or experiment aimed at improving our processes. Before wrapping up, you align with the Talent team on priorities and ongoing initiatives for the week. Then you join your fellow Connies on the rooftop terrace to unwind.
