Senior Manager Consolidation & Group Financial Reporting (m/f/x)

We are looking for a seasoned and sharp-minded Senior Manager Consolidation & Group Financial Reporting to take ownership of our consolidated financial reporting at group level. This role sits at the heart of our finance function—where precision meets strategy and numbers tell the story of the business. 

You will lead the preparation of group financial statements, ensure compliance with international accounting standards and act as a trusted partner to our leadership. In this role you will

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements

• Ensure compliance with IFRS (or relevant GAAP) and regulatory requirements for consolidated financial statements 

• Manage intercompany reconciliation, coordinate with regional finance teams and ensure timely, accurate submissions 

• Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management 

• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during group audits 

• Act as main point of contract for transfer pricing and tax compliance reporting together with external advisors 

• Drive process optimization and automation in consolidation and group financial reporting 

What will make you succeed in this role 

• University Degree in Accounting and/or Tax, or a related finance field 

• Several years of experience in group reporting, consolidation is a must have and audit experience is a plus 

• Strong technical knowledge in Lucanet 

• Proven experience with SmartNotes and TCR is a plus 

• Strong knowledge of IFRS (or applicable accounting standards) 

• Analytical mindset paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and cultures 

• Fluency in German and English
