You have at least 6 years of experience in creative concept development, ideally in an agency where “Social First” isn’t just a buzzword.
You lead teams with clarity and empathy, helping people grow, giving honest feedback, and creating space to develop: no micromanagement!
Brand, audience, tone: you understand the rules of creative work and know when to break them elegantly.
You work in a structured, independent way and reliably bring projects across the finish line. (Obvious, but had to say it, lol.)
