Finance Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• You take ownership of preparatory accounting, operational controlling, cost center management and most importantly: communication with our teams and tax office.
• Project contribution margins, forecasts, budget vs. actuals: you build processes and structures from the ground up and shape how finance works at C&C.
• You automate repetitive finance processes using AI tools and agents.
• You work closely with the founders – with real ownership and the opportunity to grow long-term.

Your profile

• You have at least 3–5 years of experience in controlling and/or accounting in an agency environment.
• You're strong with data: you can structure it and turn it into decisions.
• You think entrepreneurially: you spot problems, propose solutions and think three steps ahead.
• Ideally you have experience with MOCO – but most importantly you're genuinely excited about AI & agents as a real working tool.
• You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English.
