Your mission
- You are the sales expert who masters the entire sales cycle from A to Z. From the first contact to the signing of the contract, you guide customers through the sales process with confidence.
- Qualifying prospective customers: You conduct initial meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of customers' needs and challenges. You can present Building Radar in a solution-oriented way to arouse genuine interest in the customer. You are astute in qualifying the leads with the highest potential in order to use your time and energy efficiently.
- Your sales territory is your territory. You develop new markets and continuously expand your customer base. You work closely with our Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve the greatest possible success.
- Existing customer relationships are important to you. With clever cross-selling and up-selling strategies, you ensure that your customers are happy to buy from you again and again.
- To achieve your goals, you use all the resources available to you. Whether it's events, customer meetings, management support or marketing - you know how to use them effectively to exceed your quota.
Your profile
- You are a sales professional with at least two years of professional experience. In the start-up scene or in consulting, you have already proven that you can successfully acquire and support customers.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. This enables you to communicate with customers from all over the world on an equal footing.
- You are highly self-motivated and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You have the ambition to achieve your goals and enjoy taking on challenges.
- In strategic sales meetings, you impress decision-makers with your expertise and confident manner.
- Your high level of social skills ensures that you get on well with customers and colleagues alike.
